Partner plans Forfaits partenaires

Two CAD foundations. One offer that remains yours.

The foundations are the delivery base your practice buys in Canadian dollars. The price on your client’s invoice, the margin, and the packaging stay your commercial decisions.

Decisions that still need agreement

User count is a starting point, not a complete account description. Before activation, partner and delivery need to frame the environment, responsibilities, exceptions, and one-time work. Your practice also keeps the decisions about margin, client presentation, and commercial terms.

What the foundation decides — and what it does not

Essential

A foundation for routine support and Microsoft 365 stewardship when the environment, access, and expectations are already reasonably clear.

Plus

A broader foundation when security practices and an operating review need to be part of the service your practice sells.

Language is not an add-on

The public anchors are the same in both official languages. Account language is declared at onboarding; it is not priced per account.

Before presenting a plan to your client

  1. Check that the client situation matches the catalogue.
  2. Name one-time work that needs separate estimation.
  3. Confirm who owns client, technical, and access decisions.
  4. Prepare a sample message and deliverable in the account’s expected language.

These public rates are monthly per-user Canadian-dollar anchors, not a final scope or prescribed retail price. Confirmed scope always governs delivery.
